Club Minutes
January 5, 2012
The meeting was called to order by President Ken Price. There
were 20 people present. Ken asked for a moment of silence for
Lisa Wight and the January meeting is being held in her honor.
TREASURERS REPORT:
Colleen reviewed the Treasurer’s Report.
OLD BUSINESS:
Ken thanked Ward for his years as Vice-President of the Board and
he thanked Ron and Colleen for putting together the Christmas
Party at the Bar S. The Bar S staff was commended for their work
to make the party a huge success.
Pete and Joy were thanked for the pictures from the Party.
The Bozeman, Whitefish and Great Falls Corvette Clubs are
helping the Helena Club put on the Big Sky Meet this year.
NEW BUSINESS:
December 7, 2012 is set for the Christmas Party at the Bar S. All
other dates have been taken.
Plans are being made for the First Annual Lisa Wight Memorial
Poker Run with all money raised going to the education fund set up
in her honor.
We would also like to schedule a bowling night, pool night and golf
tournament along with picnics in the summer. These will be mixed
in with our regular runs.
